[ Vendor ] Studio Kiva Photography // Winter Wedding Photo Shoots at the Ice Castles In Silverthorne: Part One

This week, we'll be sharing two couples photographed at this winter wedding wonderland in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.  Breckenridge-based photographer Katie Girtman of Studio Kiva, took her destination wedding clients to the Silverthorne Ice Castles for a few photos among the towering ice structures.  This surprise sensation thrust tiny Silverthorne into the spotlight as the ice sculptures were seen on various media channels, in thousands of pictures and even a music video.

Destination weddings in the winter just got an added bonus.  You always had the Ice Sculpting Championships in Breckenridge, but those only last for a month, so only a few weddings get to enjoy the scene.  This option extends the unique winter landscape that will surely make your friends and family's jaw drop when they see them.
