This is such a fun way to celebrate the day, and I'm happy to share photos of Tonya + Josh: Dogsledding Wedding Elopement in Breckenridge, Colorado, images courtesy of Sarah Roshan Photography. Winter in Colorado is simply magical, and mountain weddings can be very different than the wildflower-filled days of summer.
Couples can choose to go skiing or incorporate their activity of choice to the day's agenda. It can be before or after the wedding, and can be adjusted to varying experience levels and desires. Not everybody wants to go dog sledding to a remote part of the forest to exchange vows with only an officiant and photographer, but if that's you, then please contact us to get started! I absolutely loved this wedding. I really believe that there are no rules for your wedding, that you can do it exactly how you want to and that is what Tonya and Josh did. Tonya made her dress, ordered some details from etsy and they went dog sledding, just the two of them. They stopped in the middle of dog sledding and said their vows to each other. After we got back we stopped by the Ice Castles in Breckenridge. The day was all them and totally fun!
